This is the most important part of a Joint Venture (JV) Process, "What have you got to offer?".

In fact, in any business, if you've got nothing of value, you'll get nothing.

You have to create an offer that is unique and attractive to your prospect that they would be crazy to refuse.

Why?

Because competition for affiliate's attention, especially with the 'Super Affiliates', are not easy. You just have to make it very favourable and worthwhile for them to review your product and promote it.

Ask yourself, 'Why should they work with you, when they can work with someone else?'

If you want attention from a potential JV partner, stand out from the crowd.

Offer a quality product wrapped with an incentive that can't be turned down, sa over 60% commission.

'Dangle that Carrot!' and really drive the benefits of offering your product to your Joint Venture partner's list!

Here's an example of a possible JV process.

Say, you have a quality eBook packed full of quality information and tips on building your list quickly for a succesful online business.

Here's a pitch to a JV prospect:

1) Offer *FREE* rebranding rights to the eBook and affiliate links;

2) Offer to advertise their product or service at a prominent position in the eBook;

3) Offer 70% Commission for any sales generated from their list. And if you have the facility to offer 2-tier commission, offer a further 10% commission;

Don't know about you, but that should get someone knocking down your door!

And in return, you want them to send a solo mailing to their list promoting the eBook.

The solo mailing will have their affiliate link to the eBook, and any sales that comes in will automatically generate them a 70% commission!

As you can see, the offer is way, way favourable for a JV!

The first intention is to gain the JV propsect's attention with bells and whistles that will stand out.

However the goal is to build your list...And make some profit along the way from the solo mailing.

This is the type of JV you will benefit for years to come!

You have to make your product and offer too irresistible to turn down.

Once your JV partner is hooked, watch your list of subsribers and affiliates skyrocket on auto.
